Excuse me if I'm a bit odd. I do believe I am pretty sun drunk. I shaved tonight b/c I know that I won't be able to do it again for a couple of days. I'm going to type this up, then go pass out.

Friday night - worked late. Didn't do anything of importance.

Saturday - went out on the kayak around Burlington's waterfront. Took some photos. Got some exercise before going to Dale's. Rode with them to my sister's for a little Mother's Day bash. Had pizza, played Guitar Hero & Mario Kart. Got pissed off at my friend's (I'm noticing that I have a short fuse these days with them) and decided to spend the night at my little sister's instead of spending another minute with my friends. Got a little choked up looking through photo albums after my sister had gone to bed. Slept on the floor.

Sunday - woke up on the floor after some interesting dreams. Played with my sister's terrier puppy. The dog acts more like a cat than a dog. Here's a video of the dog. I cooked breakfast for my little sister before she drove me back to my car. Took a shower, packed up & went to a boat launch on the Winooski down by the lake. Paddled around for a while with my shirt off which is why I am red all over from the knees up now. When Dale & his gf showed up, we broke out the drinks and the snacks and paddled out into the lake for a bit & checked out the wildlife refuge.

Now I'm home and I swear I thought I was going to be sick for a while until i chugged a liter of water. Now I'm going to sleep. I hope.

Had a fun day kayaking, spent 3 hours in the boat. This summer is going to be fun. Not so sure tomorrow is going to be w/ this sunburn :)

I believe we're getting together at my little sister's for a Mario Kart party, just like when we were in high school. I have MK for the Wii now, and we're going to play some 4-player games.

That and kayaking, thats my plan for this weekend.

Kayaking yesterday was much better than I thought it would be. I was worried b/c the water temp was only 41 degrees that the wind coming off the water would be cold, but it wasn't. We paddled from the boat launch at the waterfront out to the King St ferry dock and out to the breakwater. The sailing center had a class going and they almost ran us over. Good times. I need to bring my camera next time.

Is it flotilla or floatilla? I really should spell check.

I'm going 'yaking after work today. Probably down at the boat launch on the Waterfront.

I was flattered that my IT dept thought I could totally reformat my laptop on my own. Turns out they were right.

I have to give a presentation in 30 or 60 minutes. Thats about it for today.

Drove to Glens Falls in NY on Saturday with my friends. What a boring drive that is. Went to Lake George Kayaks and had a pushy salesperson telling me what was wrong with everything I wanted. We left and went to find a blooming onion, then had trouble finding the EMS in Rutland, VT. We ended up going home, then I went out to a Cinco de Mayo party. I drank a bunch, had some good food & did some jello shots.

Sunday, softball was canceled, so I drove to Middlebury to check out another kayak store. I found the perfect boat but they couldn't sell it to me, so I have to go back today. Went to Dale's, we played Mario Kart for a couple of hours before going to Roque's for margaritas & Ben & Jerry's for dessert.

Can't wait to go to Middlebury later to pick up my boat.
